I think this chick was going for making the girl off of Bioshock you know the lamb and the shepherd but when she is like an adult, in the 2nd game is it. Definitely after Bishock Infinite. I'm pretty sure her name is Elizabeth but I can't remember but pretty sure it is. You can download the outfit so including the hair or the hair by itself. I'll check if it is Elizabeth from bioshock.
